Represented with 2 petals, purple in color, associated with the element of light and sense of intuition.
It refers to the absence of time, to the constant presence of the self in the whole, and to the verbs “to see” and “to intuit” related to the ability to see the truth and to be able to determine what will be. Mantra: Om Ajna from Sanskrit: “command”, it represents the right to see the truth and to be able to manifest the own reality, leading to an introspective journey that will lead to the identification of one’s own purpose Also called Guru chakra, Third Eye or Front Chakra is located between the eyebrows, where the eye of truth interprets reality inside and outside of us, helping us to see beyond the superficial level of what we perceive with our eyes. This chakra is weakened by the illusion, understood as distorted images and negative imagination, which distract from the present and waste energy. This level of consciousness begins to develop during adolescence, when new, more abstract interests such as music and spiritual themes take over. By intoning the Om mantra using the belly as a sounding board we will be able to hear the operating frequency of this energy that moves introspective and curious. In crystal therapy we associate to this chakra the violet or indigo coloured stones, such as Amethyst or Tanzanite, which influence the aspects of introspection and self-control, with calming and ascending frequencies.
