Mantra: Ram sound

Manipura from Sanskrit: “shining jewel”, represents the right to act and be independent, being able to actively express oneself, without being passive. At this level the individual works on his own will power with the aim of improving his life, believing firmly in his own abilities. Also called Solar Plexus Chakra, it is located between the navel and the base of the ribcage, between the first lumbar vertebra and the twelfth thoracic vertebra, involving the energy center relative to the stomach. This chakra is particularly stimulated the first time between 18 months and 4 years, when it begins to express its will. A poor use of knowledge of this chakra can lead to being shy and submissive, feeling ashamed and giving up challenges. For fear of making a mistake, you give up. When this chakra is too active it can lead to egocentricity and anger. Associated with the sense of sight precisely because according to it we direct our energy, our focus, and we decide to give strength to one aspect or situation rather than another. By intoning the Ram mantra using the belly as a sounding board we will be able to hear the operating frequency of this sinuous and fiery moving energy. In crystal therapy we associate this chakra with yellow stones, such as Citrine or Sulphur, which influence aspects of energy and will, with warm and effusive frequencies.
